For a decade Ancient Ties has been creating for you a series of elegant hand crafted silk neckwear, depicting a rich heritage, through both traditional and contemporary designs. In November 2009 Ancient Ties started to roll out the "Chai style" Biblical T-shirts and Sweatshirts covering each Biblical story.We have continued developing unique mosaic art for your home or office.
Aside from designing our products with the help of our Israeli design team Ancient Ties also develops cutting edge educational materials suited for elementary through college level classes that teach about Israel and the Bible through archaeology. Add Items to Your Shopping Cart
We have an online shopping cart that gathers items for purchase. Simply select the "Add to Cart" icon located next to the item you would like to purchase. Each item will remain in your cart until you remove or purchase it. View items in your cart at any time by selecting the View Cart button at the top of each page.
Changing Item Quantities in Your Shopping Cart
If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, simply change the number in the "Qty" box. Be sure to click the "Update Quantity" button to see your new subtotal.
Deleting Items in Your Cart
To delete an item in your Shopping Cart, click the word "remove" that appears to the right of each item in your Shopping Cart.
Check Out
When you are ready to submit your order, click on the "Checkout" button which appears in your cart and at the top of the page. During the checkout process, please follow the instructions and review the contents of your cart. You will be taken through a simple step-by-step process to complete your order. How to Purchase a Gift Certificate
At this time gift certificate may only be placed over the phone by calling 508 965 8570. We will be glad to help you complete an Ancient Ties Gift Certificate. A attractive certificate will be sent to the recipient including your name and message. Instructions for the recipient of the certificate for using the Gift Certificate online will be included as well.
How to Redeem a Gift Certificate
If you are the recipient of an Ancient Ties Gift Certificate, please follow these directions: Check your certificate for the Gift Certificate code. This unique code will be entered during checkout in the field that reads "Enter Discount Code " and the amount of the gift certificate will be deducted from your purchase. Any unused gift certificate amount will be saved until you make an additional purchase at a later date. Please retain the gift certificate code until you have redeemed the entire amount on the gift certificate.
Modify /Cancel an Existing Order
You may request to modify or cancel an order before it has entered our shipping process. If you have placed an order and would like to modify or cancel it, please send us an email. Please include your name, email address, phone number and your order/confirmation number. You may also call us at 508 965 8570. Every effort will be made to try to honor your request. However, we can not guarantee that we will be able to modify or cancel your order within the time frame.

Ancient Ties Inc accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Papal.

Sales Tax
Ancient Ties Inc. collects sales tax on products shipped to residents of Massachusetts. . The exact amount will be reflected in the final total at checkout.
Gift Wrap/ Greeting Cards
Ancient Ties ships fragile products in bubble wrap and other methods. Our Ancient Ties neckwear gift sets are already in their " Gift package. If you require additional gift warp, you may request it upon check out fro additional notes. We can also send a card at no cost to you. Prices are never included on the packing slip. Multiple items to the same address will be wrapped together. If you would like items wrapped separately, or additional enclosure cards included, please let us know in the Special Instructions Box during checkout.
Multiple Gifts
If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please create a separate order and proceed through the checkout process for each address.
Back Ordered Items
While we make every attempt to keep our items in stock, there might be an occasion when an item is out of stock. We will email or call you and let you know if this is a problem. Your credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped. If you would like to cancel your back ordered items, please send us an email.
Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days with the exception of personalized mosaic art work which require 3-5 weeks. Orders received during the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
All packages are shipped via FEDEX or USPS Mail. International, orders are shipped via the US Post Office or FEDEX. Our shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding Jewish and secular holidays.
We offer three methods of shipping:
- Standard USPS (2-6 days)
- Priority Mail USPS (2-3 business days)
- FEDEX Next Day Air
Please be sure that the "Ship To" address entered is accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery. If you have special shipping needs or require additional information, please email or call us.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. At checkout, please choose the International Shipping option. Please note that our international customers are responsible for any import or custom duties or fees that may be charged by their governments.
Check Status of Order
You may check the status of your order at any time by following the instructions on your receipt confirmation upon completing your order. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your FEDEX or UPS tracking number (if your order was shipped via Priority mail or FEDEX Next Day Air).
Returns and Exchanges
Ancient Ties is pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Shipping fees are not refundable. Personalized items are not returnable. Reshipping charges will be applied in the case of exchange unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
